- Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms. The rest of the house has ceiling fans, ideal for air ventilation with a natural breeze.
- This is a coastal city in a tropical country, so insects are part of our daily lives. We have a bi-monthly pest and insect control service of all kinds in every room. So please do not worry.
- Sometimes you will have friendly friends visiting the garden. We usually have toads and lizards. They are very quiet, harmless and careful, and if you see them, please leave them.
