The 1st Phase of the project offered 16 condominium units in 2 separate of two and three-storey buildings with a wide range of size and prices.

The Building is equipped with a lift. The last Phase of the Project under construction consists of two Buildings A and B and are composed of different types of apartments on three levels with sea views, garden views and pool views. Both buildings are equipped with a lift.

All the apartments project is surrounded by a rich tropical garden. Condo has entered the market with reasonably – priced condominiums with apartment for sale from 4.2 millions to 10 millions THB.

Each property on the ground floor has its own private garden; the apartments on the first floor have the balcony, and each apartment has air conditioning.
