Ao Yon Beach is located in the south of Phuket at Cape Panwa, far from the beaten tourist routes and crowds. This is my favorite place in the south of the island, where you really feel like in a tropical paradise.

Ao Yon Beach And here it’s really cool: white sand, a gentle entrance to the water, clean clear water and all this surrounded by picturesque cliffs, mountains and palm trees. He reminded me in some way of Krabi and Railay. Although there are people, they are not very many (regarding Patong), and somehow quietly and calmly. Also, there are no annoying sellers of food and jewelry here.

Sightseeing and entertainment From interesting places you can distinguish only the Aquarium almost on the Cape Panwa, the observation point Khao Kad View Point and Mount Khao Kad View Tower. On Ao Yona, you can ride a catamaran or take sailing lessons. Alternatively, you can rent a longtail boat and sail to the neighboring island of Ko Lon or wherever you wish.
