Fully furnished, large swimming pool, spacious terrace, wireless internet, cable TV, equipped kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms. The complex has round the clock security.
The rent includes: cleaning, maintenance of the garden and swimming pool 2 times a week, change of linen / towels 1 time per week.
Additional charges: electricity 7 THB / unit and water 35 THB / unit.
Check in time is 15: 00-18: 00 / check out 12:00
For early / late check-in / check-out before 9:00 and after 18:00 there is an extra charge of THB 1,000 per time. (pre-notification required / dependent on availability)
Airport transfer available for a fee of 1,500 THB / one way (after midnight an additional 300 THB is charged)
