One bedroom apartment on Rawai beach, Phuket

Apartment 2 rooms, 1 bedroom located in a large comfortable residential complex with landscaped and protected area – the first line of the promenade Rawai.

The apartments are located just a minute walk from the sea – on Rawai beach. Unfortunately, this beach is absolutely not provided for swimming because of its strong tides. But this will not prevent you from enjoying the sea-its view, salty wind and sandy beach, where you can always find shells.

There are 2 large swimming pools: one for children and one for adults – 25 meters long. There is also a Finnish sauna.

It offers a cafe Salad Dairy-located on the first line of the promenade Rawai. Here guests can have Breakfast (Breakfast is not included in the price of basic accommodation). The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the sea and the promenade with palm trees.

Inside the complex - always quiet, everywhere greenery, beautiful garden landscapes with ponds. There is also a Finnish sauna and two large swimming pools with sunbeds, one of which is for children. The second pool is quite deep, as long as 25 meters.

What's around? - Rawai Beach

The residential complex overlooks the small lively Rawai promenade, where there are many night bars and cafes overlooking the sea. Within walking distance (3-5 minutes) from the apartment there are supermarkets, pharmacies and shops, spas, wine boutique, bakery, restaurants of different cuisines.

If you walk along the promenade (7-10min), you can find bars, pub, several restaurants, including seafood. At the end of the promenade there will be a pier and a fish market, which is open daily. Here you can buy and ask to cook the best seafood on the island, as well as buy Souvenirs and shells.

Bicycles can be rented in the residential complex. A public bus runs past the property and takes you to Naiharn beach. The bus does not run regularly, with a frequency of about 15-30 minutes, from early morning to 4 PM, the fare is 30 baht.

Nai Harn Beach
Nai Harn, a popular beach with Golden fine sand and a beautiful lake, is about 40 minutes ' walk or 5 minutes by car. You can use the public bus (does not run regularly, only 1 half a day, but costs only 30-40 baht) or transport of the residential complex, for a fee.
