Booking conditions

The price includes

Internet Wi-Fi, cable TV, Shuttle bus to the beach. Cleaning is included between 1 November - 1 April: once a week with a change of bed linen.

Additionally pay

Required: El-in 7 baht/1 unit, water 40 baht / 1 unit.

Cleaning period: April 1-November 1. Price: 700 baht / 1 time per week. Laundry service - extra on request.

Prepayment

Prepayment-50% of the stay must be paid within three days after booking confirmation, 50% of the cost must be paid upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation, notification of which was received after the booking confirmation, terminates the agreement without refund of the prepayment.
If You do not arrive on the booked day of arrival, it will be regarded as a no-show, which terminates the contract without refund of the prepayment.

Children and extra beds

A cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request, subject to availability. Improved cot + playpen + mattress-on request, the cost of 100 baht/day and 2500 baht / month. Children's bed linen is not included.

The delivery of housing at the exit

At check-out you pay for electricity and water.
Return of the security Deposit occurs in the absence of any damage to the premises.
