This is a cozy townhouse in the cottage complex Laguna home-right in the heart of Laguna resort on Bangtao beach.

We have carefully thought out every detail to make You feel at home. The house is equipped with everything you need, both for recreation and for a long stay.

The house has a dedicated optical fiber line with 2 routers for the whole house, which allows you to work remotely at the usual speeds.

Capacity
The house is designed for 4-6 adults (with comfortable accommodation for 2 people in each bedroom plus 1-2 people on a sofa bed in a hybrid zone of the 3rd floor).

2nd floor: 2 bedrooms

The second floor of the townhouse is your sleeping space.
Isolated from each other bedrooms with their own bathroom, decorated in a single concept of the house, will take care of your sleep and rest in the midday heat.

Each bedroom has large beds of maximum size-king size.
A Hairdryer and Ironing facilities are provided.

Master bedroom
The master bedroom is a large, bright room with king size bed, equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fan.
Instead of the usual wardrobe there is a built-in dressing area. There is also a small dressing table with a mirror. There is a safety Deposit box in this room.
The bedroom Windows overlook the street of the complex.

Second bedroom
The bedroom is decorated in green tones, which gives it a special romance. The bedroom has both air conditioning and ceiling fan. There is a large wardrobe, dressing table with mirror.
The bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedroom Windows overlook the courtyard.

3rd floor: hybrid zone and terrace

The third floor of the townhouse is the most interesting space in the house, which will meet the goals you need.
It can be a second living room, bedroom, games room, a place for privacy or work.

On the floor:
- outdoor terrace,
- hybrid area: sofa bed, TV,
- bathroom (toilet, shower, sink),
- second balcony.

Thus, you can use the third floor during the day for any requests and mood, and at night it is converted into a full bedroom.

Booking conditions

The price includes

Internet Wi-Fi, cable TV. Cleaning from 1 November to 31 March-once a week with a change of bed linen. Cleaning from 1 April to 1 November - no change of bed linen.

Additionally pay

Required: e-7 baht for 1 unit (1kW/h), water 40 baht for 1 unit.

On request: cleaning - 1000 baht, washing-upon.

Prepayment

50% of the stay must be paid within three days.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation is not possible after the Deposit has been made.

Children and extra beds

A baby cot is available at the property. Please note that children's bed linen is not provided.

The delivery of housing at the exit

Upon departure, you will be refunded the Deposit made upon arrival.
You pay for the electricity and water consumed, according to the meter readings.
