A three – minute walk-authentic Thai market, located on the territory of a Buddhist temple. Here you can buy fresh vegetables and fruits, ready-made Thai food, inexpensive clothes for the beach, Souvenirs. There is also a medical clinic nearby.

On the way to the beach you will find massage parlors, banks, supermarkets, souvenir shops, shops, various bars and restaurants, including European and Russian cuisine.

Karon Beach

Within walking distance of Karon beach, famous for its" singing " Sands.
The road to the beach takes 10-15 minutes.

The price includes

Additionally pay

Required: e-7 baht for 1 unit (1kW/h), water 40 baht for 1 unit.

On request: cleaning - 500 baht, washing-upon.

Prepayment

50% of the stay must be paid within three days.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation is not possible after the Deposit has been made.

Children and extra beds

Children of any age are allowed.
A cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request, subject to availability. Improved cot + playpen + mattress-on request, the cost of 100 baht/day and 2500 baht / month. Children's bed linen is not included.

The delivery of housing at the exit

Upon departure, you will be refunded the Deposit made upon arrival.
You pay for the electricity and water consumed, according to the meter readings.
