Let's tell you more about the villa. It is located in a guarded village of Laguna. This is a very comfortable and safe area to live in. There is a park with a pond, a beach, many cafes, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. The villa has its own small fenced area. There is space to park a couple of cars or several bikes, a veranda with an outdoor seating area, and a barbecue area with an outdoor grill in front of the house. There is an entrance hall, a staircase to the second floor, a spacious living room combined with a dining room, a full-fledged, well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a guest bathroom with a toilet, a sink and a shower, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer on the ground floor. The living and dining area is an excellent place for feasts (the table comfortably seats 8 people), for watching a movie with the whole group (there are 2 large and very comfortable sofas, a very large Smart TV) or for pleasant communication with close ones.
