This 11,000 sqft modern villa is situated on the hillside in a quiet development overlooking Rawai Beach and the outlying Islands visible across the Andaman Sea. The villas 9 bedrooms all have private ensuites and offer 6 king beds and, 12 single beds for up to 24 people. The villas master bedroom suite has its own living area.

The spacious villa offers a choice of three living rooms, a Thai siting area, an exclusive 12 seat cinema room, immense games room (with pool table, a table tennis table a dart board, and various gym equipment) and large sun decks and balcony areas.

•        lower level - 2rooms with king bed and single bed, 1 room with 3 single beds, 1 room with 2 single beds – all with ensuites – and 2 further single beds in the cinema room ….  a 12 seater cinema room and a vast games room, offering sofa seating and bar stools to relax while others play games of pool, table tennis, darts or indoor basketball. Alternatively you can spend time exercising on the gym equipment, while pondering thoughts looking out across the ocean.
