The new beach house consists of a living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and terrace.
The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay: in the bedroom there is a large double bed, a wardrobe, a safe, air conditioning, a bathroom, in the living room there is a folding sofa (1.5 beds), a fan, a dining table, a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, microwave, rice cooker, toaster, kettle dishes. Mosquito nets are installed on the entrance doors, and the house also has Wi-Fi internet.
There is a table with chairs on the covered terrace.
The house has a unique location - 100 meters to Ao Yon Beach. A restaurant by the sea is adjacent to a massage parlor, and a yachting school is not far away. Here you can rent kayaks and sail to the nearby islands. Ao Yon Beach is very calm, there are always few tourists here.
Next to the house there is a cozy coffee shop, as well as several Thai cafes where you can order famous Thai dishes - Pad Thai, fried rice with vegetables and seafood, Tom Yam soup.
In a minute's walk from the house - an exchange office, laundry, massage parlor, Family mart essential goods store where you can buy various products, household chemicals, snacks, SIM cards, heated semi-finished products.

The price includes: internet, water, welcome pack, cleaning once a week.
Extra cleaning and linen change is available upon request (500 baht for cleaning and 300 baht for linen change (1 set).
Electricity is not included in the price and is paid separately for bills upon departure (7 baht per kW).
