The new 2-bedroom house is located 30 meters from the azure Ao Yon Beach, which is open for swimming 365 days a year! You will find comfortable accommodation in a new, fresh house, a clear calm sea, yellow sand, coconut palms framing the beach, rocks bordering the bay, a cozy restaurant right on the beach, and a massage parlor. The unique location will allow our guests to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday, and the proximity of infrastructure will make your stay truly comfortable.

The house consists of 2 floors. On each floor there is a bedroom, kitchen, terrace with sea view, bathroom with shower.

Each bedroom has a large double bed, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, bedside tables and some decor items.

Each kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, all necessary utensils for cooking.

There are mosquito nets on the windows, and the house also has Wi-Fi.

Each terrace has sea views and a dining table.

Unique location - just 30 meters to Ao Yon Beach. A restaurant by the sea is adjacent to a massage parlor, and a yachting school is not far away. Here you can rent kayaks and sail to the nearby islands. Ao Yon Beach is very calm, there are always few tourists here.

There is a cozy coffee shop next door, as well as several Thai cafes where you can order famous Thai dishes - Pad Thai, fried rice with vegetables and seafood, Tom Yam soup ...

In a minute's walk there is an exchange office, laundry, Family mart essential goods store, where you can buy various products, household chemicals, snacks, SIM cards, heated convenience foods.

The price includes: internet wi-fi, water, cleaning with the change of bed linen and towels once a week.

Extra cleaning and linen change is available upon request (1000 baht for cleaning and 600 baht for linen change).

Electricity is not included in the price and is paid separately for bills upon departure (7 baht per kW).

ABOUT PANVA AREA.

Few people know about the picturesque Panwa area, located in the southeast of Phuket, and Ao Yon Beach.

It is not so widely promoted as for example Patong, Kata, Karon, and this is its huge plus - a clean, picturesque beach is not crowded even in the high season, prices are pleasant, and local Thais are unusually sweet and good-natured, and will always respond to help.

Panwa is buried in greenery, there are quiet roads, a completely different atmosphere than in all of Phuket - serene and calm.

Unlike all other beaches in Phuket, Ao Yon is open for swimming all year round. During the monsoon period, the sea is invariably calm and comfortable for swimming. While all the other beaches - Nai Harn, Kata, Karon, Bang Tao, Surin and others - become very dangerous due to strong waves and underwater currents from June to November.

The beach consists of several parts - Ao Yon Noi (small), where it is very convenient to swim with the kids, thanks to the shallow sunset, and the main beach Ao Yon (where our house is located) - a paradise, with clear azure sea, a beach with yellow sand, bordered by coke palms. Rocks surround the bay from two sides - a favorite place of photographers for bright creative photo shoots.

The Brasserie Yacht Club restaurant is located on the beach with delicious food, friendly staff, and great views, as well as a massage parlor.
