The apartments are located just a minute walk from the sea – on Rawai beach. Unfortunately, this beach is absolutely not provided for swimming because of its strong tides. But this will not prevent you from enjoying the sea – its views, salty wind and sandy beach, where you can always find shells.

Two-bedroom apartment for rent on Rawai beach in a complex in Phuket with two bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen is located in a new comfortable residential complex.

The main entrance to the complex is right on the Rawai embankment. That is, the apartment is located very conveniently with respect to infrastructure – very close to the bustling active life of Rawai promenade with its bars, restaurants and nightlife, and at the same time, the residents of the complex seem to be in a quiet green oasis.

Inside the complex – always quiet, everywhere greenery, beautiful garden landscapes with ponds. There is also a Finnish sauna and two large swimming pools with sunbeds, one of which is for children. The second pool is quite deep, as long as 25 meters. It is on this pool overlooking the Windows of these apartments.

Apartment 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms

The apartment is a Studio type living room, 2 bedrooms and a balcony. The living room is visually divided into a sitting area, a dining room (for 4 people) and a kitchen, fully equipped for cooking. There is a microwave,an electric cooker with a hood, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking,serving and even more.

In the master bedroom there is a king size bed, spacious wardrobe, Desk and TV, cable TV is included in the price. The second bedroom is much smaller in size, inside a single bed and a minimum of furniture – this bedroom is suitable as a child because of its safety (in a small bedroom there is no window). Guests can also stay on the pull-out sofa in the living room.

The modern interior of this spacious apartment is made in the European (Scandinavian) style,popular now. Moreover, the minimalist functionality of the interior is combined with a convenient layout. For example, in addition to the main bathroom (with shower), which can be accessed from both bedrooms, there is also a guest toilet with entrance from the living room.

- Rawai Beach

The residential complex goes directly to the large lively promenade of Rawai, where there are many night bars and cafes svidom on the sea. Within walking distance (3-5 minutes) from the apartment there are supermarkets, pharmacies and shops, spas, wine boutique, bakery, restaurants of different cuisines.

If you walk along the promenade (7-10min), you can find bars, pub, several restaurants, including currants. At the end of the promenade there will be a pier and a fish market, which is open daily. Here you can buy and ask to cook the best seafood on the island, as well as buy Souvenirs and shells.

Unfortunately, Rawai beach is absolutely not suitable for swimming because of the strong tides, but in 20 minutes walk (5 minutes by transport) is Yanui beach, where you can swim, kayak and snorkel.

In the residential complex it is possible to rent bicycles. By the property goes public avtobusnogo, it is also possible to drive from Nai Harn beach. The bus runs irregularly,with a frequency of about 15-30 minutes, from early morning to 4 PM, the fare is 30 baht.
