Each bedroom has aircon and ceiling fan, and there are mosquito net on every window that can provide the most comfortable sleep for the people who does not like to sleep with aircon. Besides there are big wardrobes, flat screen TV (45”) and Blu Ray Player in every bedroom. You can watch internet TV (300 channels) or cable TV ). Each bedroom has bathroom with shower cabin.

Modern western kitchen fully equipped with all necessary appliance:

Big refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove with oven, microvave, toster, big electric kettle, ceiling fan, kitchen utensils.

Dining room has big table for 6 persons. From this room you can get directly to the nice terrace through biglass sliding doors where there is one more dining table for 8 persons.

For those fond of cooking we also provide barbeque.

Kitchen, dining and living room are combined in the open space and high ceiling altogether with 4 glass doors looking to the pool makes it feel spacious and airy.

In the big living room You can have a rest on the cosy sofa and armchairs, looking movies on flatscreen TV set with Blue Ray player. You can choose between Internet TV (300 channels) and cable TV TRUE VISIONS(Gold Package) and cable TV. Moreover we have a lot of foreign movies collections and books.

There is nice swimming pool (size 5x12) with jacuzzi in the territory - please note the size of the pool as it is very rear here in Phuket to have such a big pool!!!!There are 4 teak wood sun-bed near the swimming pool and table with 4 chairs.

And here goes the pride of this property — huge garden of 1200 sq.m. Every day You will enjoy the garden view and watch lovely birds, beautiful flowers and even squirrels instead of facing concrete fence.

The Villa is located on Nai Harn beach in the South of the Phuket Island , 60-minute drive from the airport, 25 minutes from the big shopping centre Festivaland from the Patong , only 15 and 20 minutes to Kata Beach and Karon Beach .

This area not have a lot of Hotels and too many tourists.

Here mainly foreign residents who choose Phuket like a second home. This area gave a lot of restaurants and cafes with Best food and drinks , very good Spa and Massage

Just only 10 - minutes drive locate great Fitness Centre and the tennis courts ( hard cover ) , the best beach volleyball , billiards , table tennis, fishing pond , grass badminton , restaurants. And it's all surrounded by tropical nature . On the tennis court have two coaches who work with adults as well as children.
