Balcony with gorgeous open Sea View (9 square meter). Each building has its own main swimming pool-There is also a small swimming pool downstairs with sauna. The Project has it’s own fully equipt.  Gym and fine Restaurant (Also serving Vegan food)! Only 2 km from the beach and close to restaurants, shops, … 200m. Access is inadvisable for persons with limited mobility (Property is on a hill). Private covered parking
