New apartments in 3 phases - 2 rooms, 1 bedroom located in a large, comfortable residential complex with a landscaped and protected area - the first line of the Rawai embankment.

The apartments are located just a minute walk from the sea - on Rawai beach. Unfortunately, this beach is absolutely not provided for swimming because of its strong ebbs. But this will not prevent you from enjoying the sea - its view, the salty wind and the sandy beach, where you can always find seashells.

On the territory there are 2 large swimming pools: one for children and one deep pool for adults - 25 meters in length (the windows of the apartment overlook this pool). There is also a Finnish sauna.

Salad Dairy Café is located on the first line of the Rawai embankment. Here guests can have breakfast (breakfasts are not included in the price of basic accommodation). The restaurant offers a beautiful view of the sea and the promenade with palm trees.

Inside the complex - always quiet, everywhere green, beautiful garden landscapes with ponds. There is also a Finnish sauna and two large swimming pools with sun beds, one of which is for children. The second pool is quite deep, as long as 25 meters.

What is around? - Rawai Beach

The residential complex goes right on the big lively embankment of Rawai, where there are many night bars and cafes with a view to the sea. In walking distance (3-5 minutes) from the apartments there are supermarkets, pharmacies and shops, spas, wine boutique, bakery, restaurants of different cuisines.

If you walk along the promenade (7-10 minutes), you can find bars, pub, several restaurants, including seafood. At the end of the embankment will be the pier and fish market, which operates daily. Here you can buy and ask to cook the best seafood on the island, as well as purchase souvenirs and shells.

In the residential complex you can rent bicycles. There is a public bus passing by the complex, and it is also possible to get to Naiharn beach. The bus does not run regularly, with a frequency of about 15-30 minutes, from early morning until 4 pm, the journey costs about 30 baht.

Yanui Beach
The nearest beach, where you can comfortably swim just 20 minutes walk (Yanui beach).

Naiharn beach
To Nai Kharn - a popular beach with golden fine sand and a picturesque lake about 40 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. You can use the public bus (it does not go regularly, only for 1 half day, but it costs only 30-40 baht) or transport of the residential complex, for a fee.
