Our studio is located on one of the most beautiful streets, where a relaxing lifestyle meets the incredible energy of a colonial city. Just one block away, you can see the historical legacy of America's first Cathedral. A few meters away you can also see the best attraction of the Plaza de España, one of the most romantic landscapes with bistro terraces, where visitors can enjoy an impressive view. At night, you can have fun in bars and discos located in spectacular mystical places.

Our newly designed studio has everything you need to feel comfortable and experience the magic gate: a wonderfully cozy and minimalist bed, a fully equipped bathroom decorated in a colonial and modern style, a great Wi-Fi system that you can connect without entering a password by simply scanning the QR code from your mobile device's camera. Very suitable and stylish kitchen with Italian design, and next to it is our chic living room, which was dreamed of igniting your emotions and spending unforgettable moments.

We have taken care of all the details, since when you enter the studio, you contact our Yale SmartLock, which will process your door code in sync with your booking. When it's time to say goodbye, you simply click the Checkout button next to the exit door to complete an unforgettable stay at the Studio, and our cleaners will immediately receive a cleaning message for the Studio.
