Maximum occupancy per night is 8 adults + children. Visitors are welcome as long as the villa stays within the maximum occupancy.

There is a $ 20 utility bill that includes air conditioning, electricity, propane, internet, cable that has been upgraded to include HD movies in English and Spanish and sports channels, and an endless supply of bottled water. PINA reservation payable in US cash or pesos upon arrival.

- Music is allowed as long as it is within the grounds so that others can enjoy their villas.

- Smoking is only permitted in outdoor living areas.

- Pets must obtain prior permission.

- Every adult must provide proof of identity upon arrival.

- The water park is open from 11:00 to 19:00 daily, except Tuesday, it is closed. A reasonable admission fee also acts as a credit for food or drinks.

- The Pack & Play extra bed or high chair can be reserved for an additional charge of $ 20 or $ 30 per stay, payable in US cash or pesos upon arrival.

- For foreign guests who require a mandatory Covid test before departure, CASA COCO is happy to arrange for a local doctor to take the test in the privacy of the villa, which includes the same day results. The fee for this additional service is payable directly to the service provider. Other options available for mandatory testing for Covid are CMC Hospital, also known as the tourist hospital, 3 minutes away, various laboratories in Sosua 5 minutes away and at the airport before departure.
