Nestled on the beach, between the Bedugul mountain range and the Bali Sea, the Villa is surrounded by various attractions. The villa is within 15 minutes by car of Lovina Beach with its bars, shops and restaurants (including the Star Light, Janzean, the Spice Beach Club and Jasmine, a well-known Thai restaurant). The award-wining Damai restaurant is also within 15 minutes by car.
There are great places to see in the North, including the most spectacular waterfalls in Bali, the Kintamani Volcano with the splendid Lake Batur and its beautiful water temple, hot springs, Monkey Forest, the rice terraces, the monkey temple and Sivet coffee makers, etc. One hour by car from the Villa is Menjangan Island, home of the best preserved coral reef in Bali. Also to the west there is Bali’s national park and turtle sanctuary.
A modern luxury six-bedroom beach and river front villa located in North Bali. The main house and bungalow, set in 1.25 hectares of beautifully maintained verdant gardens, offer stunning ocean, river and mountain views.

The main house (1,000 sq m) has two floors with four bedrooms, providing accommodation for a private party of eight persons comfortably. The spacious master bedroom, which overlooks the ocean and has a Jacuzzi in the en-suite bathroom, is on the ground floor. There are also two additional bedrooms with bathrooms en suite. The open living and dining area, about 195 sq m, is air-conditioned and includes a grand piano. There is a large fully equipped modern kitchen, a temperature-controlled wine storage room and an extra bathroom in the entryway. The top floor has an office with computer and Internet (WIFI) connection and a printer as well as a library. Adjacent to the office is the fourth bedroom that enjoys garden and ocean views.
