This ultra-modern estate reflects the basic tenets of traditional Balinese architecture. Local materials such as stone and recycled timber have been used throughout to ensure that all properties are sustainable and sensitive to the natural environment. The elegant living pavilion takes pride of place in the center of the property and is flanked by a huge pond on one side and a T-shaped pool on the other. There are also two artfully hidden areas, accessed only by narrow wooden steps, where guests can meditate or practice yoga.

The gala dining room is a stand-alone pavilion that reminds of a bygone era, with a full-length wooden table and setting lights. Alternatively, you can relax on the shaded terrace to dine in a more casual setting. There is a wood-burning oven that can be used to make pizza, bake bread and other culinary delights.

The master bedroom is a secluded hideaway with secondary wood paneled walls. It is a comfortable setting with a private terrace and a unique seating area overlooking the serene beauty of the rainforest. A private bathroom with a stone bathtub and rainforest overhead shower is ideal for enjoying spa treatments. There is also an outdoor bathing area with a rustic shower and jacuzzi to relax and release muscle tension. 2 more tastefully decorated bedrooms are located across the pool in a tiered structure. Both bedrooms have the same modern home comforts and attention to detail. The upper level bedroom has an elegant bathroom and a private terrace for added privacy. The smaller bedroom downstairs is fully paneled in dark wood to create a soothing effect. A separate guest wing is conveniently removed from the rest of the house and includes 2 additional bedrooms, built to follow the contours of the sloping landscape. They differ slightly in style and have been designed using polished concrete and curved lines to give them a more modern look.

In one corner of the garden, there is a traditionally thatched seating pavilion that rises to capture stunning views of the trees and swaying coconut palms. The large manicured lawn is ideal for outdoor events such as weddings or private parties. A charming wooden pavilion at the end of the garden can be used as a comfortable dressing room for special celebrations. If necessary, it can also be converted into an additional bedroom.
