Large plot of land with a beautiful garden and a house, located next to the Bali Bird Park. On the site are many large and old fruit trees (coconut, mango, jack fruit, bananas, papaya). Behind the house are endless rice fields. The site is bordered by a small river, visible all the mountains and volcanoes. The entrance to the house by car, then the road is only for moto transport, silence and unity with nature. Near the house on the main road there are several large supermarkets and smaller shops, two markets. The unique location allows for 20 minutes to get to Sanur with its quiet beaches, and to Ubud. The nearest black sand beach is Ketewel beach, 15 minutes drive.
