Designed by one of Australia's top designers, the villa is a newly built private villa ideally located in the popular Seminyak area. The villa is steps away from many cafes, restaurants, beach clubs and bars such as the W Hotel, Potato Head, Shisi Restaurant Bar, Sarong and Café Organic and just a few minutes walk from Seminyak Beach. The stunning villa consists of four levels, offering spacious living areas and bedrooms with a modern design, as well as a magical rooftop garden - ideal for a solarium in the afternoon or evening cocktail.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a private 12-meter pool, sun loungers and a relaxation area. The villa has a fenced garden, in which there is enough space for privacy and relaxation. At the same level is the living and dining room with air conditioning and a fan, decorated with stylish interiors, as well as the adjoining kitchen. The living area has a 42-inch cable TV, DVD player, Internet connection, surround sound with wireless connection. The kitchen is fully equipped and meals can be easily prepared during your stay.

On the second and third levels there are four well-equipped bedrooms with air conditioning and balconies. Each has a private bathroom with a double sink and shower. The bedrooms have safes and plenty of storage space.

On the fourth level, there is a rooftop garden and a barbecue area with lounge chairs for outdoor activities.

Laundry and car rental services can be arranged at an additional cost. The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Breakfast is available on request and will only be prepared by staff for groceries. We treat our employees as a family, and they will treat you the same way. The villas are cleaned from 9:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday and from 9:00 to 12:00 on Saturday.
