The two-storey villa with marble floors is open with a beautiful green garden, which is dominated by a private pool of 7x4 m, a wooden sun terrace, flowering trees and shrubs.
The first floor includes a living room and a dining room, a built-in kitchen, as well as 2 bedrooms with bathrooms. On the second floor there is another bedroom and bathroom, as well as a balcony-terrace with garden views. Open-air living room on the ground floor with dining area opposite the pool.

The kitchen, made of black polished granite, is equipped for self-cooking: a gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, blender and a water dispenser. Each villa has a sofa and a coffee table, while the dining room has a table and six chairs. These rooms are air-conditioned.

All bedrooms have sliding glass doors and air conditioning. All are complemented by separate dressing rooms. The semi-open bathrooms have non-slip marble floors. All have stone carved sinks, wall mirrors, bathtubs and showers.
