The villa is located in the center of Seminyak, on a quiet private road, just a few minutes walk from the Seminyak Eat Street Oberoi, quality boutiques on Legian Street and the popular beaches of Seminyak.
This new villa has 5 bedrooms, each of which has its own bathroom, home theater with air conditioning and lounges, a large living room with a 60-inch cable TV, and an upper platform. The large modern kitchen is fully equipped to meet all requirements. The 5-burner barbecue is accompanied by a separate charcoal barbecue and gas pizza oven.
The gardener / pool cleaner visits the villa 3 times a week, and 2 maids clean the villa daily.
