This villa, exclusively designed by German architect Walter Wagner, is located on the edge of a cliff on the Bukit Peninsula (Kutuh Beach area) overlooking the Indian Ocean. This villa has direct access to a hidden beach below. It occupies more than 1000 square meters of living space, 2 endless pools overlooking the Indian Ocean (the upper pool is in the form of a ship raised above the ground - 15 meters of the knee pool, the lower pool is suitable for children). You will be immersed in endless views of the ocean, exciting waves and the constant sea breeze in any corner of this villa.

We have an international chef who will serve your candlelight dinner on a rock overlooking the Indian Ocean, the driver will take you and your family around the island during your stay (for an additional fee). Your personal butler and security guards will be available at your service 24 hours a day. Daily cleaning, breakfast and laundry are also included at no extra charge. Complimentary airport pick-up, Asian / Western breakfast, welcome drink, cool towel and tropical fruit basket in the villa upon arrival. In-house spa services are also available upon request. This two-story villa is equipped with a cult pool of 3 x 15 meters on stilts. This unique pool overlooks the Indian Ocean with water flowing from the upper level to the lower children's pool and pond. On the upper level of the villa there is a living and entertainment area - a kitchen and dining room with air conditioning, an outdoor barbecue area and a master suite. Two couches that can be turned into six deck chairs. Enjoy a short walk along the wooden path to the Bail, where you can enjoy morning coffee or afternoon tea with a sea breeze and breathtaking ocean views. A candlelight dinner on the edge of the cliff can be arranged upon your request.

On the lower level there is a small sandy beach with a couch facing the pool and a view parallel to the Indian Ocean. Thanks to the waterfall falling from the main pool, this small area is an ideal place for spa or yoga. The smaller pool is about nine by five meters with a small pond, ideal for children. One entertainment room and two bedrooms are also located on this floor.

Bedrooms / Area: All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and LCD TVs, which are connected to the international satellite system. The main master bedrooms on the top floor are equipped with a king-size bed and wall-to-wall glass windows overlooking the pool and rock. Air-conditioned bathroom with dressing room, large bathtub and double washbasin. The third bedroom is located at the rear of the second master bedroom and has two single beds and overlooks the garden and pool. The bathroom has a double sink and shower.
