This is a 4 bedroom villa with private pool, ideally located in the heart of Seminyak, right on Jalan Kayu Aya, known locally as Eat Street. Here you will find a wide selection of your favorite restaurants located just a short walk from Seminyak Square and the beach. You can simply stay in your villa or enjoy the famous sunsets from the many beach bars. The elegant nightlife of Seminyak is right on your doorstep, shopping or relaxing at one of the many local spas and massage centers. Anything you want to do while on vacation is within walking distance!

The villa is an oasis from the hustle and bustle of central Seminyak, but just a 5 minute walk!
In the two-story main building, decorated in a traditional Balinese style reflected in the Alang Alang rooftop, the ground floor has an open-air fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and oven, microwave, coffee maker, hot and cold water. water dispenser, fridge freezer and lots of china, crockery and cutlery. Adjacent to the house is a spacious living room with a large 50-channel TV, DVD player and stereo system, making it an ideal place for entertainment. The dining area is on an adjoining, fully covered, but open to the breeze outdoor patio with a large teak table and benches - perfect for four adults and children to share breakfast or lunch in the villa!

Bedrooms and configuration

The second floor has a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan and safe. The private bathroom comes with a shower and exclusive personal items. The bedroom has French doors that open onto a spacious balcony overlooking the garden and pool, making it the perfect place to relax in a rocking chair with a drink in one hand and a good book in the other. The second floor also has a small air-conditioned bedroom that has a work desk and chair, and a king size double bed, making it very comfortable, especially for children or teenagers who need a separate room. The charming twin guest houses are located next to tropical gardens across the T-shaped pool. They are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans over the king-size bed. Both have an LCD TV with 50 channels and a DVD player. Each has a separate large bathroom and toilet with wardrobe, safe and adjoining double shower and semi-open (but private) gorgeous bathroom! The separate semi-open shower also has exclusive personal items. Like the balcony in the main building, each guest house has a terrace overlooking the pool.

Designed to recreate the ambiance of a traditional Balinese complex, the villa features a tropical landscaped garden with palms, pandanas and Japanese frangipani trees bordering the pool and manicured green lawns - an idyllic retreat. Lie on the sun loungers by the pool, bathe in the sun all day, or enjoy the shade of a large umbrella with a book - and feel your worries slip away. The center of the villa is the T-shaped pool and carefully manicured gardens that boast a variety of colorful plants, shrubs and trees. There's even an outdoor shower to cool off or wash off the water before or after your swim!
