1st floor - two bedrooms with separate entrances, each of them has its own bathroom and terraces.
2nd floor - kitchen, living room (70 m2) with an incredibly beautiful view of the endless rice fields and another bedroom.

The house is located in Batubulan, near the bird park. Nearby there is a great market, 3 supermarkets, Bali Buddha shop.
It takes 10-15 minutes to get to Green School.
To Sanur 10 km, to Ubud 15 km, the nearest surfer beach 10 km.

The rental price is all inclusive: cleaning, gardener, pool cleaning, garbage disposal, water, electricity, internet.
Car parking, hot water, washing machine are available.
Drinking water in the tap (tested in the laboratory) is very good, a well of 70 m.
