This unique 5-storey bamboo house is surrounded by a river valley along the sacred Ayung River in Bali. It is the latest addition to the craftsman-designed community of luxury bamboo homes with distinctive light roofs. Entering the house is a feast for the eyes and a showcase of how black and white bamboo can be combined in all shapes and patterns to create a stunning collection of luxurious floors, walls, ceiling, stairs and railings. Even the roof is an innovative bamboo shingle device.

The house is located on the edge of the Ayung River Valley and consists of 5 floors with 4 bedrooms, all with bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining area with stunning views, pool and work area upstairs (5th) floor, media room, children's playroom and an outdoor barbecue area. The main entrance is a huge bamboo tube that serves as a bridge directly to the oval front door where the living room and kitchen are located. A staircase leads down to 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The two upper bedrooms are the Aura and Veda bedrooms. The two lower bedrooms are called Nirvana and Omalaa. All bedrooms have king-size beds. From the lower floor, guests can exit the house into a private garden and swimming pool, literally at the edge of the river valley. All rooms are furnished with exquisite bamboo furnishings, which perfectly complement the interior. The landscapes and views from the house are breathtaking. Across the pool, Sharma Springs has its own bamboo guest house, which also offers great views of the Ayung River Valley.

The house has a manager on duty, WIFI and an adjoining guest house.

For lunch, guests can order breakfast, lunch and dinner from our menu. Just let us know the day before if you need this service. We also offer a private lunch / dinner or a Balinese chef cooking in your villa, as well as menus from Ubud restaurants that deliver takeaway directly.

Part of our appeal is that we are in a very natural environment. There are a couple of local village shops nearby with very basic goods. The maid will help you buy food for the guests. Other services available include massage, yoga instructor and chauffeured vehicle, as well as other excursions related to Bamboo.
