The villa is one of 4 new private facilities in the complex, the construction of which was completed in early May 2019.
It offers 4 bedrooms (which can accommodate 8 guests, +2 additional guests for whom we can provide extra single beds), each of which is equipped with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a wardrobe with a safe and a private bathroom . - a bathroom (2 of which, along with a shower, also have a bath)

The living room is very spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen, which is ideal for preparing (or someone is cooking for you) any dishes! It is also fully open to a lush tropical garden with a large private pool (14 x 5 m)

The rental price includes daily cleaning services from Monday to Saturday and maintenance of the pool and garden 2/3 times a week

Finally, it is ideally located in Berava, within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants, shops, cafes and bars of the area.
