This new luxury beachfront villa, built on December 26, 2018, is now available for short term rental. Relax and enjoy your tranquil luxurious beachfront villa with a huge swimming pool and beautiful design while at the same time in the heart of Bali's most vibrant and exciting area. The luxury villa consists of 4 bedrooms with a queen-size bed, each with its own bathroom. Additional toilet, bar, private cook, butler.

Stylish and professionally decorated with luxurious furniture, a beautiful garden, bar, barbecue and a very large pool. Our chef prepares the best churros, so we installed a churros bike in the garden for free afternoon teas - handmade, sweet and crispy crispy cinnamon and brown sugar.

On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and a terrace. One of them has a bathtub. Both have double beds measuring 180 x 200, imported mattresses with beautiful linens and decor, and, of course, air conditioning. Behind them, we have 2 more queen-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 160 x 200 queen-size beds, imported mattresses and, of course, air conditioning, as well as a wonderful sitting / reading area with pool view.

Downstairs there are 2 more air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that can accommodate up to 3 people, with a single bed and a set of bunk beds in each, which is ideal for teens.

In total, the villa can accommodate 14 people in 10 separate beds. We have a dining table with 10 seats plus a breakfast area with extra chairs. Our pool bar has its own fridge bar and cocktail utensils so you can enjoy a cooling cauldron. We have an iPod docking station, unlimited Wi-Fi and cable TV in the living room. Outside, you can sunbathe on the couch or sun loungers or circle in our 15-meter pool.

The villa has a manager and 3 dedicated and hardworking dedicated employees (housewife, butler and private chef) who will lovingly take care of all your needs and clean the villa and prepare dishes for you. A daily breakfast is included in the rate, and you can ask the chef to prepare a lunch or dinner for you with the ingredients at your own expense. He will buy products at your request or at his suggestions and give you receipts. He can offer sample menus for your reading. Please understand that it does not work breakfast, lunch and dinner - just breakfast, and then lunch or dinner. Sunday is a day off for our chef and butler, but our hostess will prepare for you a simple breakfast with croissants and tropical fruits every Sunday.

We provide free coffee, tea and mineral water for your consumption. Please do not use disposable plastic bags and bottles that pose a huge challenge to the Bali ecosystem. We provide environmentally friendly shopping bags and reusable water bottles.

The luxury villa is a 2-minute walk from the famous Seminyak Beach with its many cafes and beach clubs. Cocoon is just a 2-minute walk along the beach, Kudeta is no more than 5 minutes, and Potato Head / The W is a 10-minute walk along the beach. The location is truly unbeatable as it is one of the closest beachfront villas in Seminyak but still very quiet and safe, tucked away in a small lane without a driveway with a regular security patrol. Bintang Supermarket and the main shopping streets of Seminyak or Legian are less than a 10-minute walk away.
