The landscape design of the park was developed by Turkish specialists, and the Gorzelentrest communal enterprise was engaged in planting the plants. Flower beds have been planted in the park that repeat Turkish national ornaments.

During the reconstruction, gravel paths were laid out, all the slopes were covered with a green lawn and equipped with benches, lighting was carried out. A special feature of Istanbul Park is the central square, in the center of which there is a fountain, a cozy gazebo and a small Oriental-style pump room.
