To prevent such situations from happening, we will share with you a few tips:

1. Always take the phone to which the mobile bank is connected
2. Do not withdraw at MANDIRI ATMs
3️. Remove at BCI ATMs (commission of 100 rubles + the rest at the Central Bank rate)
4️. For checking the balance at an ATM (gives out a balance in rupees) - a commission of 10 thousand rupees
